skoda has unveiled the newest model of Skoda Fabia RS 2000 Concept with new design and developed features. The Fabia RS 2000 has created for the 30th year celebration of the Worthersee. The style itself is highly influenced by the Fabia Super 200 rally car in which it takes its position, puffy body with white painted wheels. Made the Fabia looks more attractive is that it still keeps the four doors. The Fabia comes with low roadster roof, particularly created for the GTI-Treffen.
In order to create a dramatic look, The Fabia RS is largely adopted from Fabia 2000 concept. Cut roof, fitted a wide body kit housing 18 inch powder which covers alloys for a stance, just the same to its S2000 rally model. The 2.0 liter twin turbo four empowers the car to produce more than 200 horsepower. Any features also got an improvement such as the open air cabin fitted with four individual buckets with racing harnesses and carbon-fiber trim, and the hood louvered to vent.
According to the boss of Skoda, Winfried Vahland, the GTI-Treffen is largely searched by fans because of its powerful engines and sporty style. The celebration year of 2011 is a welcome event for the company to show their sports models as well as their position in automotive.
The race winning rally car that dominated last year’s IRC world championship series also will come along with the Fabia RS2000 itself. Raimund Baumschalager ,The Australian rally driver also will present his personal performance at the Czech carmaker’s stand on 2nd June.
The Skoda stand also will host a large number of events for visitor beside the exhibition cars. An opportunity to take part in a rally simulation, experience a free fall, and race remote-controlled models will be offered to the motorsport fans.
